EUPHIE MAGIC WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES
Euphie Magic creatively turns non coded website templates purchased by the customer into attractive, colorful and personalized websites unique to the organization requesting the service and assistance. The purchaser of the template is required to pay any fees required to make the website operational; but Euphie Magic along with designing for a fee will maintain and update the site on a yearly basis or as needed.
Three of the current websites being maintained by Euphie Magic consist of:

Euphie Magic also updates and maintains the Facebook pages of these organizations.
The cost to obtain the EM Website Designer is as follows:
- $350 (10 hours) to hire to consult, collect data and information needed to set-up the website ($175 required for deposit on consultations & research, balance due upon 15 days before start on work of website and any balances are due before release of website by EM Designer)
- $40 a hour for additional work to create, design and develop the pages to launch the official website
- $250 a year to maintain and update the website (Payments can be made on a monthly or annual basis)

The client will be responsible for purchasing the website template, domain name and feature fees required.
IMPORTANT STEPS TO COMPLETE PURCHASE
1. Select the Video Story or Design and Complete the Request and/or Profile Form required. You may also upload images or video greetings during this process.
2. Pay the Deposit for the described initial hours of work for the product or service. All submissions are required within 48 hours after deposit has been made. Any delays are subject to additional fees.
3. EM Designer within 15 days will provide a draft of the product to review for completion; or discuss any additional hours of work to complete your product by providing a price quote for any work beyond the initial hours covered by the deposit.
4. EM Video Story or Design Draft - The EM Designer will email a draft of your Video Story or Design for your review and approval. Any final balance owed must be paid prior to emailing your final product.
5. For EM products requiring additional work and hours for completion, the EM Designer will keep you informed of any progress or costs above what was quoted.
6. Final Product - Once the draft of the video story or design is approved and any balances paid, the EM Designer will finalize and email the EM Video Story or Design to the purchaser.
REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY
This Agreement shall last from the date of execution to the completion of the Services, as described herein. The Client may terminate this Agreement for any reason within 72 hours to receive full refund of deposit. After 72 hours, depending upon how much work has been performed, the Euphie Magic Owner will return half of the deposit. Upon such notice of termination, The Euphie Magic Designer will provide an invoice to the Client outlining all costs incurred to the point of such notice. Such costs shall be due and payable upon termination. The Euphie Magic Designer may withhold any deliverables pursuant to the Services until such payment is made in full.
